Experience the transformative power of deep stretching. This targeted mobility class is designed to help you release tension in your body and enhance your flexibility through prolonged holds in static poses.
I will lead you through a structured sequence of seated, standing, and reclined poses. Each posture allows you to explore your edge, focusing on long-hold stretches and breathwork. The poses are practiced relaxed and passive, allowing gravity to assist in the stretch. With the power of breath and mindful awareness, you'll fluidly ease into a deeper stretch over time.
Through the extended holds in our poses, we delve into the body's connective tissues, ligaments, and fascia, promoting greater mobility and flexibility. This physical exploration is complemented by breathwork and meditation techniques, offering a unique opportunity for self-exploration and inward focus.

YOGA TRAINING AND MASTERCLASS
Ayurveda and Yoga
The objective of this YTT module is to provide information to support a student's thriving mind, body, and spirit through informed decision making, empowerment of self-realization, and supportive self-healing allowing them alignment with their true divine nature. The historical Vedic origins of Ayurveda and Yoga are explored as we link these practices to modern living and impactful yoga teaching. The module is an accompaniment to a comprehensive YTT program.
Diversity in Yoga
This YTT module aims to create accessible yoga spaces for marginalized communities, dismantle bias, and break barriers and cultural divides to ensure an inclusive yoga experience. The training will broaden your understanding of privilege, reveal unconscious bias, and educate future instructors on strategies that help us engage equally with all communities. The module is an accompaniment to a comprehensive YTT program.

Soulful Meditations
